SHIPPING AND REFUND

At OG Sports, our goal is to provide our customers with quality service at an affordable price. To do this, we ship your orders via Canada Post, with tracking number. Typically, our team ships your items the next business day after your order, although in some cases it can take up to four business days. Delivery times by Canada Post generally vary from 2 to 3 business days in Quebec, but can sometimes extend up to 21 business days, especially during the holiday season.

Please note that with postal delays associated with this time, delivery by Canada Post may take up to 3 weeks. OG Sports is not responsible for any loss or damage to your card during shipping by Canada Post or any other company. If you would like tracked shipping and increased insurance for your valuable card, please contact us to arrange this for an additional fee.

OG Sports is not responsible for any damage to your card caused by Canada Post or any other company. In such cases, no refund or replacement is guaranteed. Since we ship by mail, your order may be sent in multiple envelopes. So don't worry if you don't receive all your items at once.

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the order as a whole, and no refunds are possible if you do not receive all of your cards in one shipment. If you have not received your order after the mentioned timeframes, please contact us privately via our Facebook page. Please note that OG Sports is not responsible for address or order errors on the part of the customer. If this happens, please contact us so we can try to resolve the situation, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments will be possible, especially if the order has already been processed.
